Simple
Question...
I'm trying to get my arms around the phenomenon of the
continuing growth at CoachVille.
At first, I was excited.
(hey, they like the membership idea!) Then I was thrilled! (hey, they
REALLY like the idea) Then I was suspicious (thinking it would plateau
about 1000 members ago) Then I was daunted (yikes, what if it continues
to grow at even half the current pace?)
Now I am simply
curious.
Obviously, we're still working through the coaches who
know about me, Coach U, CoachVille, etc. They're still coming in cuz
I recognize familiar names.
We're also getting a lot of referrals
from members who are active affiliates (50% average per day now).
And every day, 20-25 members become an active affiliate (meaning they have
a referral) for the first time.
I keep thinking it's gunna plateau
(especially after most folks thought yesterday july 10 was the deadline
for the full prax course), but today, Wednesday, another 100+ member
joined.
Is there something going on here that I am not
seeing? Or have we just not reached saturation point-penetration of
the body of existing coaches?
With the "Everyone's Now A Coach"
tagline that's now orienting me, I see 10,000 members by year's end
or mid-2002, and an outside possibility of 100,000 -- 1,000,000
members at same point in the future, given the broader scope of coaching
(and the marketing tagline) brings a lot more folks into the game.
Even at 10,000 it's a whole different ball game than 'just a project' if
you know what I mean.
I am seeking comments/guesses from you --
whether you've been around CoachVille or on the R&D Team for awhile
and/or if you're one of those new members who are
new-to-our-community.
All comments welcome.
