Instant Web Audio System is now ready for
you..

R&D Team..
Well, there are the those occasions when we do
end up underpromising, and I guess this is one of
those...
Effective immediately, you may create an audio
message for the visitors to your CoachVilleReferral
listing.
The instructions are below.
This
is a custom built $25,000 hardware/software system and I believe it
will work flawlessly for you.
You may experience a busy signal when attempting to
call into the system to record your message, especially in the 2
hours after this broadcast goes to the 1,000 folks on the R&D
Team. We only have 2 incoming lines for this recording
system. If busy, just call back later.
Please do not tell anyone else about this
system. We'll make the formal announcement in two weeks to all
8500 CoachVille members.
And, hey, when you get a new
client because the sound of your voice helped, please let me
know!

Instructions
To be a beta tester, you must already have a listing at
CoachVilleReferral. If you don't yet have a listing at
CoachVilleReferral.com go there now and first create a listing for
yourself before you following the beta testing instructions below.
Go to http://www.coachvillereferrral.com/
first.
If you already have a listing at CoachVilleReferral,
then here are your steps to adding audio to your website (and to
your CoachVille Referral listing), for free!
(1) Go to http://www.coachvillereferral.com/
(2)
Click on the "Add/Update Your listing" link.
(3) Log in to
the system using your email address and password. (This is the email
address you used when you joined CoachVille.)
(4) On the
Create or Update Your Listing Page, scroll down to the bottom of the
page and locate the "RealAudio Interview/Welcome"
feature.
(5) Click the checkbox beside "Add a 3 minute
RealAudio Link" and click the "Submit information"
button.
(6) Check your email inbox for a message with subject
line "Your CoachVilleReferral RealAudio Purchase" and follow the
instructions to record your RealAudio welcome. This email should
arrive within a few minutes to an hour. Suggestion: Write down and
practice reading your message aloud before calling our system. And,
a note, if we get a lot of beta testers jumping on the system, you
may get a busy signal when you call the system. This shouldn't be a
problem for much more than the first two hours or so.

Once you've completed the instructions in number 6 (which is
basically picking up the phone and calling our system's computer in
Raleigh, North Carolina, and recording your welcome message) you'll
receive another email confirming that your recording has been
successful and transferred to our server. To see how you sound, just
go back to http://www.coachvillereferrral.com/.
search for your name at the home page and click on the newly added
logo to your listing that says 'click to hear me.'
(8) If you
also have a website of your own, you'll find that the email we send
you after you've recorded your welcome message will also contain the
single line of HTML code that you can insert anywhere on your
website. We host the RealAudio file for you at no
cost.

even though this is a beta test, your welcome message is real and it
will work just fine. You won't have to change it later when we
launch, unless you want to.
