January 15, 2002 Benefits to You for Being on the R&D Team?
![]()
Dear R&D Team...
This one is
easy...
The focus for this week's Passive Revenue for Coaches
eCourse is on the mechanics, management and benefits, of starting
your own R&D Team. I know that some of you have started your own
R&D Team, which is terrific.
I'm doing 5 lessons on
different aspects of the R&D Team thing, which I believe is one
of the coolest things EVER. (How I've benefited from you is
listed at the end of this memo.) And I would like to include
some 'real world comments' from actual R&D Team members so that
the folks reading these 5 lessons this week will hear what folks ON
an R&D Team feel and experience and benefit. I believe
when they hear your words, they will be included to launch their own
R&D Team which is a good thing for all concerned.
Your comments will be 100% anonymous;
nor will I include your initials or
city/state/country.
Here's what I'm
seeking...
1. How have you
benefited from being on the CoachVille R&D
Team? What have you learned about the process? How
have you benefited personally? How have you benefited
professionally? What surprised you about the CoachVille R&D
Team? Why do you continue to stay on the CoachVille R&D
Team?
2. What you have
learned to do about R&D Teams because of your being on the
CoachVille R&D Team? What have you learned about
intellectual property development? What have you learned about
CoachVille? What have you been inspired to do regarding R&D
Team or creating intellectual property?
3. If you have any questions that you'd like
answered in the 5 lessons, please email those to me as
well. And other comments are most
welcome. Note: I'll be sending you all a link to the 5
lessons next week, in case you are not a current
subscriber/participant in the Passive Revenue
eCourse.
Thanks!
Please email to thomas@thomasleonard.com
as soon as possible.
P.S. In case you're wondering,
here's how you help me so much...
1. To take something
from bare inkling to beautiful product takes a lot of love, input,
kneading, forming, baking and packaging. Without you and your
support, the finished product wouldn't be nearly as
robust.
2. To create as much content and IP as I do is
unusual. What makes this volume (and quality) possible is the
quantity and quality of both your input but also your caring.
The supportive emails, even for half baked ideas, is a key
ingredient in the creative process, especially mine. Love and
support are the yeast in our bread.
3. The
honesty/forthrightness/constructive criticism straightens out the
wavy lines of the creative process and keeps the final product
fairly true and validated/tested by an intelligent group of
coaches. Without that, the final product wouldn't have the
crispness and completeness it needs to last for 10 or 20 years (my
lifespan goal for all of my IP products).
4. Knowing that you
are there, gives me the freedom to have even more ideas because I
know there is an environment to guide/grow these seeds into
something.
As always, thank
you...
