Tuesday, January 8, 2002 Personal News Dear R&D Team... Earlier today, we just confirmed a deal with Nightingale-Conant Corporation (the largest personal development/audiotape company). I'm flying to Chicago at the end of this month to spend 2 days taping a six tape series on the 28 Principles of Attraction.  N-C had done some market testing last Fall and had enough interest from their test group that they approached me in December about taping a series for their catalog.  We had to work out the licensing details with my publisher of The Portable Coach (Scribner's) but they've signed off on the deal, so we're all set. What's interesting about this deal is.... 1.  After I wrote The Portable Coach (comprised of the 28 Principles of Attraction), I approach N-C about doing a tape series and they weren't interested.  Now they are.  Attraction in action, albeit 4 years later; too funny. 2.  The big news of this is the fact that they'll be giving this tape series/me/CoachVille 2 full pages in their color catalog that goes out to 250k people/customers.  That's the big news here. Great coverage for coaching and CoachVille.  3.  They aren't requiring me to go on a speaking tour.  Yay! Anyway, pretty cool news, and I wanted to share this with you. Best, Thomas
