Verbal Warning Shot: Extreme Irony and Humour Ahead. For those of you who'd enjoy a chance to poke fun at ourselves or would like a break from all the 'serious' marketing advice all around, this very firmly tongue-in-cheek
(brief) and sometimes bawdy gathering will be of great interest.

Our dear friend Suzanne Falter-Barnes' alter ego, Serenity Hawkfire, regularly leaves her audience in stitches, and for a change of pace we thought we'd ask her for an appearance. Expect to learn nothing except how an appointment with laughter can generate renewed energy for your work.

Without further ado, here are the details for this 30-minute call:

Serenity Hawkfire on 'Marketing From the Gut: Using Chanting, Indigenous Prairie Grasses, and Incantations to Get on Oprah and Beyond'

Join Serenity Hawkfire, the "21st Century Guru" (trademark pending) in this informative half hour that will teach you how the pros market themselves.

Date/Time: One Thursday, January 5th, 2006 , from 2:00pm to 2:30pm Eastern

Longtime readers will know of my conviction that there is a raging river of demand for coaching, and our job is only to choose to step in the way of it. There is no such thing as creating a demand for coaching.

That said, did you guess one of our biggest projects - ever - that's tapping its feet waiting for us? We aren't planning our next year, it's planning us, you see. :-)

It's this:

***Creating systematic and replicateable Coaching Lead Generation websites based on visuals such as the below.***

Then putting in place a Multiple Streams Product Funnel (on the back end) to service the leads. This includes 1-1 coaching at the bottom of the funnel.

In simple terms: With the viral power of simple movies like these we can target various coaching markets and build a list of active and interested leads for coaches. And, key point: share.

Suggested Use: To help a client tap into the energy of laughter and integrate the question "How could what you do be more fun?" or explore "What is fun/What does fun look like to you?"

Length: Approximately three minutes; will take 2 minutes to download for viewing...please be patient, it's worth it.

To Play: You will require Windows Media Player to view this file. If you don't already have it, go here to download:

So...I'm imagining you'll have enjoyed the clip for yourself. What use can you imagine this clip having, for a client?

Leave your comments below. You are welcome to forward the link to this movie should you wish.

Note: I haven't taken the time to figure out what this site is, or the language on it. Does anyone know off hand and want to share? Inquiring minds...

Suggested Use: To share with a client to support their understanding of the possibilities. As context for the coaching question "What is the bigger picture?" and help a client who's stuck in a daily grind.

Length: Less than two minutes.

To Play: You will require Windows Media Player to view this file. If you don't already have it, go here to download:

Note: The first subtitle is partially obscured by the Korean. I'm sure you can deduce it, but the teacher is saying "Today draw anything that comes up in your mind, okay?"

Having watched it, what do you think?

Leave your comments below so we can learn from your thoughts and ideas. You are welcome to forward the link to this movie should you wish.

Year 2005 is the year we made a pretty big decision. It's the year we decided to stop providing 'trainings' and instead bring you 'doings' - our affectionate name for a series of intesely action-oriented accountability sessions called Workgroups.

The premise here being that for some (not all, but some) training had become a place to 'linger/rest/procrastinate/escape and malinger'...

When more concrete/direct/exhortation for 'action' is what's needed. I mean, if we as coaches can't take steps from inertia to action, where can we stand with our clients??

(You guessed it...to us, the 'look' of real coaching has to do with action!
:-) )

So you understand the Multiple Streams Product Funnel and now you **just want a simple and easy, straightforward useful product to sell.** Right?

I mean, it doesn't have to be hard. We get it, we've been there too. And hallelujah, the answer is YES, it can be straightforward and simple. With the support of the 1-Hour Audio Workgroup, you can have first-tier product completed in 4 short weeks...with just a few hours of work per week.

(Not familiar with the Ice Cream Journey of Multiple Streams Product Funnel? Click here.)

It's true there are a lot of variables to creating good audio, and some parts can get fairly technical. But when the choices are clear, and with the right information at the right time, and accountability is built in...you really *can* have a 1-hour audio product completed in just 4 weeks.
