Yoga For the Mind: Saying Yes

March 27th, 05 6:37 am | Posted by Andrea

yoga.jpg hspace=Last week while sick with a protracted cold, I made a decision. I’m ready to reopen my consulting business.

While talking with one of my mentors, I realized, AGAIN, how much business I’d been turning down by saying ‘no’ to consulting work to do coaching and web work. (A shocking dollar amount.)

As someone who talks a lot (face it, I talk a LOT on this topic) about invisible pockets of income, and listening to your market, I had a serious mind bend.

How about saying ‘yes’ to the income that is looking for me?

Instead of pushing string uphill in an area that I’d like to think is cool.

That doesn’t mean drastic changes, for those of you who are clients, members of the Multiple Streams group, or those who are attending live trainings in the next month or so.

It does, though, thoroughly shift me and the focus I have for my business for the rest of the year. I’ll be dividing my time between coaching/teaching Multiple Streams and strategically consulting on those same principles with larger companies.

Now, I’m doing the inner work needed to integrate these pieces so I live as much as possible in my greatest gifts.

Invigorating stuff.

How about you?

Are you saying ‘no’ to business that is looking for you?

How could you arrange your business along the path of most joy and least resistance?

Awakening to this possibility for myself and clients, I enjoyed stumbling over this quote:`

“Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the men of old; seek what they sought.” — Matsuo Basho (1644-1694)

In what ways are you pursuing wealth and consciousness, every day, in your life and business?
