Once in awhile, we get a request for a detailed bio for me, so here is one.

If in addition to these facts and figures you’d like to get more of a ‘flavour’ for me, what I believe in and how I think and feels about things (including how to grow a business, the Internet, people, coaching, marketing, love and life) you may also want to read some of my writings at ‘Money, Meaning & Beyond.’

But, no doubt you are here because you are interested in some of the ‘facts’ so without further ado, allow me to launch into bio-appropriate 3rd person…

Personal:

Andrea was born in 1970, has been married since 1995 to Michael James Flannery and lives in Calgary, Alberta with two Vizslas named Chili and Eureka. She is a former headhunter, multiple small business owner and has lived and worked in Japan, Taiwan and China during Tiananmen Square.

Andrea loves her life, both online and off.

Andrea J. Lee is an award-winning author, coach, consultant and online business manager to entrepreneurs on five continents.

- hosted the first-ever 3-day “Conference for the Price of a Book” event in San Mateo, California, for over 120 coaches as well as the first-ever 2-day “SuperConference 2006: The Power of Collaboration to Build Your Business” webcast live to six countries.

- founded the “Ecommerce for Coaches” Training System, a method by which Coaches can utilize their unique advantages in the world of the world wide web, to reach more clients, and make a greater difference in their chosen profession without succumbing to super-hype strategies or strong arm online tactics.

- co-founded “Online Business Manager” with Tina Forsyth, an online consulting firm whose mission is to match online business managers with six-figure businesses who wish to expand their time-for-money business models to include passive revenue.

- coaches over 200 coaches both individually and in community/membership format, each of whom is pursuing lasting and meaningful business growth for their coaching businesses.

She also recently published “Money, Meaning & Beyond: 27 Unexpected Ways to Create What Really Matters for Business Owners” as well as a multimedia Home-Study Program consisting of 5 CDs and a 189-page workbook called “Pink Spoon Marketing.” The latter phrase has now become part of the popular lexicon as a proven method to build online businesses - through ‘pink spoons.’

Prior to this, Andrea also…

- founded ‘Multiple Streams Team’ with partners Cindy Greenway and Tina Forsyth. MST is an online placement firm specializing in recruiting and training virtual assistant teams to make Multiple Streams of Income a reality for helping businesses

- consulted to Savvy Sponsoring.com, a high-growth business coaching firm focussed on the network marketing industry.

- consulted to Choosing Prosperity.com in the development of its first energetic meditation CD entitled “Anchoring Prosperity”

- consulted to Million Dollar Coaching Practice, the world’s only trainer of coaches using the Million Dollar Coaching Gym model, from 2003 to 2004, taking them from zero to positive six figures in income.

- was Chief Operating Office of CoachVille, the largest network and trainer of coaches in the world with 39,000 coaches and members in 105 countries, from 2001 to 2003.

- managed the Schools of Coaching, the most comprehensive coach training school (1000 courses in development), with 3100 students from 41 countries, from launch in December 2001 to 2003.

- edited the Today’s Coach, the largest-circulation ezine in the coaching industry from 2001 to 2003.

- designed 500+ active graphical banners, logos and websites online, including 100 Coaching Minibanners and a popular website called Coaching Forms.com, containing 500+ forms covering all aspects of coaching.

- started 3 online systems since 2002: Bridge Rentals, Coaching Mall, and Instant Web Audio along with additional internally-developed systems such as the CoachVille Study Group and Chapter Host systems.

- managed the delivery of 55+ live training events on 3 continents to 10,000 individuals (since March 2002.)
Developed dozens of TeleClasses on coaching and professional development topics.
