Reading about leadership lately has made me think about followship. You could say it 'followed' that my thoughts would lead in that direction.
Followship? Meaning the position of a follower, or the capacity or ability to follow.
It takes followship/followers to make a leader. And, I think it takes a good sense of how to follow, when to follow, and who to follow, to make a truly good leader.
