I'm in a season right now where I'm focussing on my health.
Discovering a massive fibroid just when I thought I was about to enter my time to bring children into the world was definitely the wake up call.
I'm lucky, we all know people who've had a much more alarming wake up.
At the same time, it's brought on a personal season of research, reflection and most of all wonderful surrending action.
As the book-writing progresses, I am enjoying the big thoughts that are crystallizes on the page.
